Venture Sells Northern California Property for $29.1 Mln

A joint venture between Kimco Realty Corp. and Prudential Real Estate Investors has sold Manteca Marketplace, a 171,973-square-foot retail property in Manteca, Calif., for $29.1 million.
A Northern California investor purchased the property, which was marketed through Reza Investment Group. The property sits at 123 W. Yosemite Ave., about an hour east of San Francisco. Tenants include Save Market, Stadium 10 Cinemas, Rite Aid, Sears, Dollar Tree, Hollywood Video and Radio Shack.
